A 103-year-old man Wednesday reached an anti-corruption court in Lahore for justice after he was denied the possession of the land he had purchased for building a mosque, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The senior citizen filed a petition in the court for the dismissal of the bail of the accused.
He maintained that he had bought land for building a masjid from accused Shabbir Hussain and paid him Rs5 million.
“Despite taking the money, the accused did not give him the possession of the land,” he added and pleaded with the court to dismiss the bail of the accused.
The court summoned lawyers for arguments on bail to accused Shabbir Hussain.
