GB Assembly approves budget worth over Rs 218 billion

The Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly has approved a budget of over 218 billion rupees for the current financial year.

Addressing the session, Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan said ample funds have been allocated for health, education and public welfare compared to the past.

He said equal funds have also been allocated to both government and opposition members, enabling them to undertake development projects in their respective constituencies.
