On the other hand, the long march will resume its journey towards Islamabad from Aziz Cross Bypass Chowk, Gujranwala on Wednesday (today).

A lack of interest is shown by the PTI workers, for the workers are nowhere to be seen at Aziz Cross Bypass Chowk.

The educational institutions in the city are closed for the third day.

Punjab police are giving special protocol to Imran Khan as more than 40 police vehicles are escorting the long march.

The Punjab government has also released Rs50 million worth of funds to the police to meet their expenses during the long march.

Home Department bans drone coverage of PTI’s long march

The Punjab Home Department has imposed a ban on the use of drone cameras on national and local media during the PTI’s long march staying in Gujranwala for now.

As per the notification, only long march management is allowed to fly drone for the coverage of PTI’s long march.

The Home Department issued the notification to Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujrat, and Rawalpindi divisions. Moreover, the Deputy Commissioners of Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujarat, Jhelum and Rawalpindi also received the notification, as per the details.
