Former premier Imran Khan has come down hard on Prime Shehbaz Sharif-led coalition government for, what he called, adding to public problems to please their foreign masters.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, Imran Khan was addressing a public gathering in Gujrat where he had a flop show of power.

‘Fight for right real freedom’ will go on, he said as he took swipe at his political rivals describing them as stooges of the foreign force.  

He said he was ousted from the Prime Minister’s Office because of his ‘absolutely not’ reply.  He said precious lives were lost when the previous regime backed the US war.

He said Pakistan will be on the path to progress will be made if the rulers break the shackles of slavery. He urged people to join him in the cause. He said his movement is aimed at rooting out corruption … the corruption of imported government.

He said he has always made efforts to ‘empower the judiciary and ran movements for it’ and alleged the PML-Nis forcing the judiciary to take action against him

He said in his rule the price of petrol was Rs150 per litre and this government raised it to Rs230 per litre on the directions of the IMF.

He questioned why Pakistan can’t purchase petroleum products from Russia when it offers up to 40 percent discount.

 “The people have been making a litany of complaints about the surge in prices of petroleum products and power tariff but to no avail,” he said claiming the imported government is just busy with pleasing its master.

Addressing a public gathering in Sargodha yesterday the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman said

he and his party leaders were facing fake cases for four months after being ousted from the office of the prime minister.

He added the federal government is ‘managing the media’ and the persons supporting his ideology bore the brunt. He said he would not bow to such tactics as no bid can shatter his resolve to fight for ‘real freedom’.

According to him, all of his rivals are looters and he reiterated his demand for holding a ‘free and fair election' for the sake of the country.

The cricketer-turned-politician said that 26 years ago, he started his struggle for the sake of justice and the just right to ‘real freedom’.

He urged people from various walks of life to join his ‘struggle against slavery'. He laid stress on following the philosophy of Allama Iqbal.

Imran Khan said an imported government has been imposed and it just obeys its foreign masters … it has nothing to do with the public service delivery.

Imran Khan said that they (the rival party leaders) filed cases against him when they faced humiliation in Saudi Arabia and they are now going to register another case for ‘insulting the IMF’.
