Merub's brother Raamis slams Karachi disaster mismanagement

Raamis Ali bashed authorities for what he called their failure to cope with disaster and ‘irresponsible’ expenditure of resources in Karachi.

Raamis, taking to his Instagram stories, indirectly target Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori for hosting a concert on the Independence Day at the Governor's House.

He said that the money spent on the concert should have been spent on the drainage system and the disaster management of Karachi.

Earlier, a video had emerged in which Tessori could be seen performing at Atif Aslam’s live show at the Governor House. He confidently took the stage and smiled widely while moving with the beat like he was for it.

That clip was placed at the intersection of politics and showbiz as the netizens thought he blended official duties with populist outreach. 

In another story, Raamis said that he is disappointed as the most important and the biggest city of the country is under havoc. He took the initiative of serving the people of Karachi by opening his café, Artisan Coffee Roaster, for those stuck on or near Shahrah-e-Faisal.

This gesture was appreciated by the public a lot.
