PTI leaders booked for taking out protest rally in Islamabad

An FIR was registered against the PTI leaders in Islamabad on Monday for taking out a protest rally in the city without permission from the authorities, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In the FIR, in which party leaders Shoaib Shaheen, Amir Mughal, Sher Afzal Marwat and Ali Bukhari were nominated, it was said that the protest created a lot of inconvenience for the people.

As per its plan, the PTI had on Saturday staged protest rallies in various cities of the country, including Islamabad and Lahore, against alleged rigging in the recently held general elections.
