Gold prices decreased by Rs1,200 per tola

The price of gold saw a huge decrease by Rs1,200 to Rs1,44,000 per tola, 24News HD  TV Channel reported on Wednesday.
According to the Pakistani jewellers market association, the price of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs1,200 per tola in Pakistan.
With this drop, the price of one tola of 24-karat pure gold has reached Rs144,000 while the price of 10-gram 24-karat gold has also increased by Rs1,028 to Rs1,23,457.
The price of 10-gram 22-karat gold has also decreased by Rs942 to reach Rs1,13,170.
The Pakistani market did not observe any change in the price of 24-karat silver Rs1,580 per tola and the price of 10-gram 24-karat silver Rs1,354.60.
The cost of gold has decreased by $9 per ounce in the global market. The international rate for gold per ounce has now reached $1708.
