Javed Butt murder case: Interim bail of accused Amir Musab extended until June 28
A key development has taken place in the ongoing investigation of the murder of Muhammad Javed Butt, the brother-in-law of underworld personality Taifi Butt, as one of the accused, Amir Musab, approached the court seeking interim bail.
Amir Musab filed for interim bail in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Asad Hafeez, who, after reviewing the status of the case, extended the bail until June 28 due to the ongoing nature of the investigation.
The judge also directed the accused to join the investigation without delay.
Furthermore, the court has summoned the complete case record from the police for the next hearing.
The case is currently under investigation by Ichra Police Station, where the first information report (FIR) was registered following the murder.
