Teen killed by brother in Hafizabad after mobile phone dispute

A minor dispute over a mobile phone turned tragic in Hafizabad's Baqar Town area, where a youth was allegedly stabbed to death by his brother, leaving the family in shock and grief, 24NewsHD TV reported on Saturday.

According to initial reports, the deceased, identified as Zain, and the suspect, Ahmed, were visiting their aunt's house when the incident occurred.

The dispute began after Ahmed took Zain's mobile phone.

When Zain later asked for the phone to be returned, Ahmed allegedly refused, leading to a heated argument between the two brothers.

The verbal exchange soon escalated into a physical altercation.

In a fit of anger, Ahmed allegedly attacked Zain with a knife, inflicting serious injuries.

Zain was critically wounded and succumbed to his injuries shortly afterward despite efforts to save him.

Police launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the fatal attack.
