Federal Science Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain and former chairman of Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Syed Shabbar Zaidi had a clash on social networking website Twitter over the former's claims of serving Pakistan and on proposing a new social contract to run the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Shabbar Zaidi in a series of tweets on Saturday talked about constitutional reforms, tax system, need for a new social contract in Pakistan.
He said, “Pakistan is a state and its constitution should change over time. We are not all satisfied with today's situation. The first thing is to improve the economic situation.”
Then he started counting the feats he did for the country. “My whole life has been spent saving documentation and distributional E-Equity and I have to complete the mission outside the FBR.”
“My ancestors built Pakistan and I have served this country for 40 years,” he added. “They paid highest taxes in their field. It is my duty to do something for the poor people of this country. The current form of politics is terribly bad. Pakistan has to sign a new ‘social agreement’. The 1973 constitution is not effective.”
Chaudhry Fawad Hussain found it hard to digest the Shabbar Zaidi’s tweet, saying, “Sorry! You couldn't even get things done which you could do. You don't even know the ABC of constitution and social contract.”
He advised Shabbar Zaidi, “It is better to work on the tax system, a thing you know, better than presenting dramatic proposals.”
