A woman was stabbed to death in a house near Lyari Ranchod Line, Usmanabad area of Karachi by her husband after a tiff, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

According to police, the body was shifted to Civil Hospital through an ambulance.

The deceased was identified as Tahira. The locals of the area claimed that she had been murdered by her husband.

The deceased was the mother of two girls, and she was employed somewhere to support her family.

Her husband, Atiq, would not do any work, and he would also not come home for many days.

Tahira used to have frequent quarrels with her husband. Their shouts were used to be heard in the neighbourhood.
