Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder-chairman Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the alleged rigging during the general elections held on February 8, 2024, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The petition was submitted on Wednesday, praying the apex court to constitute a judicial commission to probe the alleged rigging and the whole election process.

Through the plea, Imran Khan also urged the Supreme Court to form a commission comprising Supreme Court judges and suspend the federal and Punjab governments till the report of the judicial commission is submitted.

The PTI leader also said that the judicial commission should investigate the rigging and how losers turned into winners through ‘fake results’.
