Serene Air sends two plane to bring back passengers stuck in Jeddah

Serene Air has sent two flights to pick up passengers stranded at Jeddah since four days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
According to airline officials, the Karachi-Jeddah and Lahore-Jeddah flights will land at 2 pm Pakistan time.
The remaining passengers will be brought back by flights from Karachi and Lahore, airline officials said.
According to passengers, all passengers were supposed to land from Jeddah to Islamabad on March 16 but the airline canceled flights for the fourth consecutive day citing aircraft malfunction.
Yesterday too, the airline had sent some passengers back on a flight from Jeddah to Peshawar and the flight has been scheduled to depart after 5:30 this evening as well, passengers said.
