Justice Qazi Faez Isa to do chamber work for another week

Justice Qazi Faez Isa will do the chamber work next week too according to the judges’ roster released by the Supreme Court for the next week, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

It may be mentioned here that this is going to be the seventh consecutive week Justice Qazi Faez Isa has not been part of any bench of the Supreme Court.

In the apex court, six benches will hear the cases on the principal seat next week.

Bench No. 1 will consist of Chief Justice Umar Atta Bandial and Justice Athar Minallah.

Bench No. 2 will consist of Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar.

Bench No. 3 will consist of Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Shahid Waheed

Bench No. 4 will comprise Justice Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Hasan Azhar Rizvi.

Bench No. 5 will include Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Jamal Mandokhail.

Bench No. 6 will include Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Mazahar Ali Akbar Naqvi.

It is to be noted here that Justice Qazi Faez Isa has not been part of any bench of the Supreme Court for six consecutive weeks.

The hearing on the review petition of the election commission against the decision of elections in Punjab will be held on Tuesday.

The hearing on the petition filed for the removal of slums in Islamabad will also be held on Tuesday.

The petitions against the notices of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in the sugar inquiry commission will be heard on Wednesday.

The hearing on the suo motu notice against environmental pollution in the country will be held on Thursday.

The hearing of the case related to sexual harassment of women in offices will also be held on Thursday.
