Major development in fraud case against actress Nadia Hussain’s husband  

A major development occurred in the high-profile bank fraud case involving the husband of well-known actress and model Nadia Hussain.

An additional district and sessions judge (south) reserved the verdict on the bail application of Nadia Hussain’s husband, Atif Khan, after hearing arguments from both sides.

The decision is expected to be announced on May 22.

According to police, Atif Khan is accused of misusing Rs530 million belonging to the Chief Executive Officer of a private company by channelling the funds into his own business.

The courtroom was told that the alleged financial misconduct involves a serious breach of trust and significant financial damage.

The defense and prosecution presented their respective arguments, after which the court reserved its ruling.
