The success story of Saba Shah Rom is winning hearts across Azad Kashmir after the young woman from a village near Rawalakot successfully cleared the highly competitive CSS examination.
Saba Shah Rom belongs to the suburban village area of Bangoin near Rawalakot and has been allocated to the Office Management Group (OMG), a major achievement not only for her family but also for the entire region.
Following her success, congratulatory gatherings and celebrations were reportedly organized in her honor, where locals praised her hard work, dedication, and determination.
Speaking about her achievement, Saba said that young people can achieve anything through consistency and commitment. She dedicated her success to her parents and teachers for supporting and guiding her throughout her educational journey.

“I dedicate this success to my parents and teachers,” she said while encouraging students to stay focused and never lose hope.
Her achievement is now being celebrated as an inspiring example for young women across Azad Kashmir, especially students from small towns and villages hoping to build successful careers through education and determination.
According to the reports, Four women from Azad Kashmir have made history by passing the Central Superior Services (CSS) 2025 examination, while no male candidate from the region was able to qualify.
The results of the CSS 2025 examination were announced by the Federal Public Service Commission, revealing an overall success rate of only 2.67 percent, making the exam one of the toughest competitive tests in the country.

According to official figures, 12,792 candidates appeared in the examination, but only 355 managed to pass the written stage. Out of them, 170 candidates were recommended for appointment, including 84 men and 86 women.
Officials also confirmed that seven seats were allocated for Azad Jammu and Kashmir, while the vacancies covered major government services including the Pakistan Administrative Service, Police Service, Foreign Service, Inland Revenue Service and the Office Management Group.
