PM granted me leave for watching Pak-India T20 clash: Sh Rashid

Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid Ahmad has said that he was granted two-day leave by Prime Minister Imran Khan for watching the Pakistan-India T20 World Cup clash in Dubai on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to newsmen in Islamabad on Wednesday, Sheikh Rashid said one should take sports as sports whether it is Kolkata, Chennai or Dubai.

“I am going to Dubai on Saturday and Sunday to watch the T20 cricket match,” he added.

The minister said he prayed to Allah for the victory of the Pakistan team. “Whatever the outcome of the match everyone should accept it,” he added.
