After the incident that occurred last week when Resham threw plastics in a river, she is now turning a fresh page and committing to a higher purpose. The actress shared a video of herself cleaning the garbage from the road. She is seen wearing a mask, gloves, and glasses and holding a brush to dispose of the garbage in the bag with the help of another person which can be seen in the video.

Resham thanked her followers and her fans for teaching her and guiding her through the right path, she wrote: “The last few days have been a steep learning curve for me and I want to thank everyone, especially my well-wishers, who sought to guide me and correct me, using kindness and love, instead of condemnation for the sake of personal clout.”

Furthermore, she emphasized the cleanliness of the country, “Pakistan is our home and it is right that we should keep it clean” the actress wrote.

In addition to this, she presented her self-working for the betterment of the country by disposing off the garbage and making the roads clean, she also mentioned that she have taken an initiative to undo the wrong she did, “So what better way to demonstrate this through an example. I took part in a litter cleaning initiative which I hope will go some way to soothing any hurt that I may have inadvertently caused you and our people. Let’s make Pakistan cleaner and kinder. Sending you all my warmest wishes. This is a new beginning for me and for us all.” She added.

Armeena Khan who has previously been supporting the actress came forward again and wrote, “Brilliant Resham Ji! Good on you.”

Even Ahsan Khan, another actor shared her story and cherished her by writing, ‘Great gesture by Resham. Must appreciate her reaction and now the action’.

However. Public continuous to criticize Resham and want her to stop doing all of this on camera. One of them even wrote that all of this is just a drama to clean up her ruined image. Public also hope that she will not throw this giant plastic bag in the water once again.
