Terrorists from inside Afghanistan opened fire on Pakistani troops in the North Waziristan area the other day.
According to the details, terrorists used the Afghan territory to attack Pak troops in the general area of Dwatoi, North Waziristan District. 
Pakistani troops responded in a befitting manner. However, during the heavy exchange of fire, Sepoy Nazar Muhammad, 34 years, a resident of Jaffarabad fought gallantly against the terrorists and embraced shahadat.
As per credible intelligence reports, due to the fire of their own troops, terrorists suffered heavy casualties. 
Pakistan strongly condemns the use of Afghan soil by terrorists for activities against Pakistan and expects that the Interim Afghan Government will not allow the conduct of such activities, in future. 
Pakistan Army is determined to defend Pakistan’s borders against the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers further strengthen our resolve.
