Sindh Election Commissioner among 3 ECP officers suspended for 120 days

Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Sikandar Sultan Raja has suspended three senior officers of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) including Provincial Election Commissioner Sindh Sharif Ullah for 120 days due to incompetency and mismanagement, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to a notification issued on Friday, the Chief Election Commissioner also suspended Director Admin Sindh Election Commission Azhar Hussain Tanwari and Election Officer Karachi Khuda Bukhsh.

The notification further said that all the suspended officials will have to stay in Karachi till further orders and until conclusion of inquiry being conducted against them.
