Imran Khan earned more from Toshakhana than anything else: Marriyum Aurangzeb

Federal Information Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb Thursday lashed out at former prime minister Imran Khan and claimed that he had not earned much in his entire life that he had earned just from Toshakhana, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Marriyum said that the PTI-led government had continued to snatch the right of freedom of expression of both media and parliament.

Addressing the news conference in Islamabad, Marriyum Aurangzeb said that former premier Imran Khan said that he 50 per cent payment of the gifts, adding that Imran Khan is lying once again.

Federal Information Minister lambasted Imran Khan and said he had considered the office of Prime Minister as business, adding that Imran Khan had gotten three gifts by paying 20 per cent of the value.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that the slogan of ‘My gift and my will’ will not be acceptable, adding that it was a gift for Pakistan. She also said that it was a gift, but not the shop of the ex-premier.

Marriyum Aurangzeb asked Imran Khan to provide the receipts at any cost, adding that the former premier has to provide a money trail. She claimed that Imran Khan has sold a watch for Rs180 million.

Aurangzeb said that the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) had not raised questions over the accounts of PML-N, adding that Imran Khan will now level allegations on ECP by saying that conspiracy is taking place.

Federal Information Minister said that an organized campaign is being launched against the institutions, adding that it has been ordered to take strict action against the campaign through robotic software.

Aurangzeb made it clear that the government would follow the zero-tolerance policy over robotic tweets, adding that now with Imran Khan, only robots will remain.

The cipher itself was written and was bypassed to the Foreign Ministry.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that if there was no evidence against the previous government, then Farah would not have escaped.

Aurangzeb claimed that PTI Chairman is soon to wave another letter, adding that she is not aware of who will be the next country, which Imran Khan will accused by waving the second letter.

Marriyum took a jibe at Imran Khan and said that Imran Khan has been running the trend of imported government on social media for himself, adding that in Imran’s government, there were 17 imported ministers. Marriyum claimed there are information of missing of public files.

Aurangzeb said that those who had to come to the PM House on cycle, used to come on helicopters, claiming that the expenses of Imran Khan’s visit from Bani Gala to PM House were Rs980 million.

Marriyum Aurangzeb said that  Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif handed over Fatemi with big responsibilities, adding that Fatemi will take the responsibility of Advisers of All Affairs. 

Marriyum also said that Tariq Fatemi will work along with PM Shehbaz in his office, adding that propaganda is going against Tariq Fatemi, in which there is no reality.
