Federal Constitutional Court suspends proceedings amid Red Zone closure

The Federal Constitutional Court has announced that all court proceedings will remain suspended on Wednesday due to the closure of the Red Zone, according to an official notification.

The notification stated that the decision was taken in light of security and administrative concerns linked to restricted access in the high-security area, where key government institutions are located.

As a result, the cause list scheduled for the day has been cancelled, and no hearings will take place.

In addition, court staff have been instructed to work from home to ensure continuity of essential administrative functions despite the suspension of physical operations.
