Pakistani web series Churails has taken the internet by storm not only in our country but across the border as well. 

Aim to challenge the hypocrisy of patriarchal societies vanquishing women and their rights Churails marks the digital debut of new-age Pakistani director Asim Abbasi.

After Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, superstar Fahad Mustafa has praised the web-series and recommended all his fans to watch it. 

Taking to Twitter, he wrote: “Saw Churails on ZEE5 and loved it. Great performance all around Meherbano, Yasra, Sarwat Gillani, Nimra you guys were fantastic. And off course great direction and very gripping screenplay well done. So if you guys haven’t watch it it’s a must.”

The web-series story is about four women who set up a detective agency under the cover of a fashion boutique to expose adulterers but face some difficulties in doing so.  The narrative of the show valiantly slams patriarchal societies for depriving women of their rights.
