An application has been filed in an Islamabad police station seeking registration of a case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan on delivering a hate speech against the state institutions, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The application was filed by Ziaur Rehman advocate, resident of G 11-2, Islamabad, in the Ramna police station on Sunday.
He said that Imran Khan Niazi was inciting public against the Pakistan Army, judiciary and police officers and by doing so he wanted to get favourable verdicts from the courts in cases against his party leaders.
He further said that Imran hurled threats at IG and DIG police and a female magistrate who granted physical remand of Shahbaz Gill. He said hurling threat or obstructing a respected judge came within the domain of terrorism.
The application further read that the speech of Imran Niazi hurt the dignity and sentiments of both the judiciary and the bar, that’s why it was requested to arrest accused Imran Niazi.
