The prisoner of the 1965 Indo-Pak war was freed after 57 years was freed, 24NewsHD TV channel reported on 24NewsHD TV channel.

Nazir, an 85-year-old resident of Lahore’s Sanda area, has lost his memory because of the torture he endured while languishing in the Indian prison.

He is staying in the Edhi Home Township, a spokesman for the foundation said adding that the search of his relative is underway.

Nazir's family, loved ones, and relatives can contact Edhi Foundation, he added.
