Govt gave nothing to country but destruction: Bilawal
Accusing the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) government of giving nothing to the country but destroyed during the last three and a half years, Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday said the party had waged a ‘war’ to oust it, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing the PPP workers’ convention in Peshawar on Monday, he said the PTI had promised to build homes for the masses before coming to the power. “But it made them homeless instead,” he said, adding that the ruling party had gone back on each and every promise it had made to the people prior to elections.
Bilawal was of the view that the entire world knew Imran Khan as a ‘selected’ prime minister.
The PPP chairman vowed not to give an open playing field to what he called a ‘selected’ prime minister.
