CCTV footage shows car fatally hits two girls in Lahore

CCTV footage of the horrific accident emerged on Saturday, which clearly showed that a speedy car hit the girls while they were crossing a road in the Garden Town area of Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Two girls who were later identified as Sonia, 22, and Maida, 20, lost their lives, while the condition of the third girl is still critical.

Residents overpowered the two boys, namely Atiq, 21, and Shehbaz, 19, who were driving the vehicle, and later handed them over to the police. 

Police registered a case on behalf of Sonia’s father, Mohammad Yousaf, and arrested two youngsters, namely Atiq, 21, and Shehbaz, 19.
