United Kingdom Prime Minister Rishi Sunak Saturday has come under fire for violating the traffic laws, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Although, the Prime Minister Sunak has paid the fixed fine and tendered an apology for the violation, the opposition, Labor Party, has demanded his resignation. Cashing in on the situation, the Labor Party has also raised the demand for fresh polls.

Ex-Prime Minister Boris Johnson stepped down from his seat as he invited opposition’s ire for defying the lockdown in place to stem the spread of coronavirus. Boris was seen celebrating his birthday party with his wife and Rishi Sunak who was the then chancellor. At that time also, Sunak was fined and he tendered an apology.

Sunak was recently seen without seatbelt in a video that has been circulating the internet. He is subject to intense criticism of the public and the opposing Labor Party as this is the first time in history of the UK that a Prime Minister has violated the laws twice.
