Seven senior civil, police officers transferred, posted
The federal government has issued notifications regarding the transfer and posting of several civil and police officers.
According to notifications issued by the Establishment Division, the appointment tenure of Dr Naila Zafar, a Grade-21 officer posted at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore, has been extended until October 16, 2026.
Meanwhile, Deputy Secretary Sameera Muneeb, posted in the Economic Affairs Division, has been placed at the disposal of the Establishment Division as Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Nousheen Mohiuddin, who was awaiting appointment, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary in the Economic Affairs Division.
The Establishment Division also placed Khadija Awan, a Grade-18 officer posted at the Civil Services Academy, as OSD.
In another appointment, Aruba Akhtar, an officer of the Livestock Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has been appointed as Assistant Director at the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).
The Establishment Division also issued notifications regarding transfers and postings of officers of the Police Service of Pakistan.
According to the notification, Sarfraz Ahmed Falki, a Grade-20 DIG posted at the National Police Academy, has been transferred and his services have been placed at the disposal of the Railway Police.
The transfer order of DIG Nasir Mukhtar Rajput, also a Grade-20 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan, has been cancelled, and he has been directed to report to the Establishment Division for further instructions.
The Establishment Division has issued separate official notifications for all appointments, transfers, and postings of civil and police officers.
