Illegal pilgrims to land in KSA jail
The Saudi authorities have announced stern action and heavy fines over the illegal Haj pilgrimage, the 24NewsHD TV channel reported.
The Saudi Passport Department made the announcement that the persons performing rituals without proper documentation will be imprisoned for six months with a 50,000 riyal fine.
It was stated that the security at all the entry points of Makkah has been stepped up and stern action will be taken against the transport providers. Other than the fines and imprisonment, the Iqama holders who perform Haj illegally will be deported as well.
