Three women died and five others injured in a car-truck smash near Sohawa GT Road in Jhelum on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to rescue officials, due to slippery on road, a truck collided with a car. As a result, three women sitting in the car were killed on the spot while five others including three children sustained injuries.

Rescue officials shifted the dead bodies and injured to a nearby hospital.

The ill-fated family was going to Sialkot from Islamabad in their car.
