A petition seeking contempt of court proceedings against former federal minister Khusro Bakhtiar and Hashim Jawan Bakht in assets beyond means case was moved in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The petition made the NAB chairman and NAB Lahore DG respondents in the case. 

The petition was submitted by Raees Ahson Abid advocate to the Supreme Court. 

He said that the contempt petition was filed against the non-compliance of the Lahore High Court order. 

Another miscellaneous petition was also filed in the court seeking early hearing of the petition.
