Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday extended the interim bail of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in the attempt to murder case.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, IHC Chief Justice Amir Farooq has extended the interim bail of Imran Khan till April 06, 2023.
The channel reported that former Prime Minister Imran Khan's request for exemption from attendance today was also approved.
While the investigation officer told the court that despite being summoned twice, Imran Khan has not yet joined the investigation.
The Chief Justice directed Imran Khan's lawyer Faisal Chaudhry to coordinate with the investigation officer for his client's statement in the case.
