Jeddah bound Hajj flight makes emergency landing at Karachi airport

Lahore to Jeddah-bound Saudi Airlines flight made an emergency landing at Karachi airport on Wednesday due to a technical fault, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 
The pilot of the flight reported Karachi control tower of a fault after a 2-hour and 47-minute flight. The airplane was allowed to land safely after the permission of ATC officials.  
According to the officials, passengers were shifted to lounge after landing of the flight. 
An official said the passenger will stay at the hotel till the alternative flight.
