Karachi CIA Police admitted in the Sindh High Court (SHC) that it has not been able to recover 12 children and feared the children may have been trafficked by human or organ smugglers, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The CIA admission angered the high court as it heard the case pertaining to the missing children on Thursday.
The CIA officials said that they have been investigating the matter of missing children with possible aspects of human trafficking and organ sales involved in it.
SHC ordered the use of modern technology for the recovery of missing children and directed to use all resources should be used for the recovery of missing children.
The SHC has also summoned the CIA director-general on November 24 with an updated report on the recovery of missing children.
