The latest update shared by Zarnish reveals her hand which has been draped by medical bandage due to an inserted drip however the cause for Zarnish’s poor health has not been mentioned.

Zarnish Khan has some sound advice for her massive fan following which most probably has arisen from the cause of her poor health.

The actress has urged her followers to avoid eating food from anywhere except home. Here is what Zarnish wrote in her Instagram story: “Avoid bahar ka khana.”

The most basic explanation which could be speculated from Zarnish’s advice could be that her eating habits which might comprise of mainly eating restaurant food has landed her in a poor state of health.
