PPP Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has cancelled all celebrations of his birthday on Wednesday in the wake of calamitous floods that hit the country hard, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

As per details, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari celebrates his birthday every year on September 21. This year, on the occasion of his 34th birthday, he refrained from celebrating his birthday and cancelled all birthday festivities ahead of deadly flood catastrophe. 

However, party workers and leaders sent him special birthday wishes and prayed for his long life.
