Lahore police bust drug ring targeting colleges, arrest four peddlers

Police arrested four drug peddlers, including a woman, for supplying drugs around educational institutions, hostels, and colleges in Lahore, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.

Police also recovered more than three kilograms of hashish and ninety-two grams of ice from their possession.

The arrested accused were identified as Zulfiqar, Danish, Fahd, and Irfana.

Police said that all the arrested accused were admitted for supplying drugs around different educational institutions in Lahore.

A search operation is already underway to apprehend the remaining accomplices of the accused.

Police, after registering a case against the accused, handed them over to the investigation cell.
