Pakistani film actress and model Sana Fakhar dazzled her fans with a mind-blowing transformation.

The 41-year-old film actress proves a point that in order to be healthy and maintain a well-maintained figure, one does not need to be young. Age is just a number.

Sana took to Instagram and shared a before-and-after picture collage which has left her fans stunned.

She intends to provide a dose of motivation and determination for all the moms out there struggling to shed weight. 

In the caption of her Instagram post, Sana talks about how being a mother is an exceptional gift. Carrying a baby in the womb can prove to be utterly challenging and has substantial effects the biggest challenge is staying on top of everything and making sure that one’s health is being prioritized. Basically, Sana doesn’t want you to neglect your peace while you are struggling with the imposing effects of motherhood.

Sana wants all the mothers out there to embrace themselves completely and strive to improve each day by being the best version of themselves and focusing greatly on the mind, body, and soul.
