Increase in foreign exchange recorded due to growing role of Pakistani freelancers 

A significant increase in foreign exchange has been recorded due to growing role of Pakistani freelancers in the global market, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

Pakistani freelancers earned $856 million by the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, increasing foreign exchange earnings by 50 percent.
A $289 million increase was recorded compared to $567 million in the third quarter of last year.
According to Chairman Pakistan Freelancers Association Ibrahim Amin, thousands of people are joining the freelancing market every month through government and non-government training programmes.
