The leaders and the workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) reached Bani Gala late night after the rumours about the arrest of party chairman Imran Khan circulated on social media, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The PTI leaders from across the country, including those belonging to Karachi, and the Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan, directed the workers to reach Bani Gala.

Asad Umar and Murad Saeed also reached Bani Gala. The PTI workers gathered outside Bani Gala and raised slogans in favour of Imran Khan.

The PTI workers also gathered in large numbers at Liberty Chowk in Lahore.

PTI leader Shaukat Tarin said in his statement that Imran Khan’s narrative had reached every home. “The government should be aware of the consequences if our leader is arrested,” he warned.

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said that hundreds of workers had reached Bani Gala. “Thousands of people are flocking to Bani Gala from different parts [of the country],” he added.

Another PTI leader Faisal Vawda said that the imported government should act sensibly. “Imran Khan is not going to run away from the country.”

Pervez Khattak and Yasmin Rashid also gave a call to the workers to reach Bani Gala.

Murad Saeed said that the revolution was around the corner. “Everyone has to come to Islamabad. Those who have not come yet should also come,” he urged.
