All government and private schools will remain closed in Islamabad today (Thursday), reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to a notification issued by the Islamabad deputy commissioner, his office decided to shut the schools today keeping in view the children’s security.

It may be mentioned that the district administration in the federal capital denied the PTI permission to hold a public rally but the party insisted that it will go ahead with the plan.
