Jamhsoro Police have registered an FIR of the girl who had luckily escaped an abduction attempt by a fellow university student —20 days after the incident occurred in Jamshoro, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday. 

An FIR has been lodged on behalf of ASI Shafi Muhammad Shah. Police have included charges of woman harassment and blocking the way in the FIR but abduction charges have not been included though the would-be abductor also tortured the girl.

On January 3, an attempt was made to abduct the sociology department female student of Jamshoro university.
