Poacher arrested for hunting rare deer in Cholistan

Punjab Wildlife Board Department Tuesday raided Toba Kundiwala of Cholistan desert and arrested one of the poachers for illegally hunting a rare deer, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The second hunter managed to flee away from the scene. Wildlife has recovered the motorbike and rare deer. 

Cholistan is a sprawling desert in south Punjab houses an array of deer species.
