Faisalabad police on Tuesday arrested a transgender person for subjecting a man to severe beating and humiliation in captivity, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The victim told the police that a transgender person named Mahwish abducted him with the help of accomplices and held him captive.

He said that the accused put a chain around his neck and subjected him to severe torture. He added that the accused and accomplices also stripped him naked and filmed a video of him in that condition.

The police arrested Mahwish and launched further investigations.
