The dead body of a missing child was found from the Lakhi Ghulam Shah area of Shikarpur on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The five-year-old Jashpal went missing yesterday from the Dolphin area of Sukkur. His father Jai Kumar told police that his brother (child’s uncle) Avinash took Jashpal with him. 

Police took Avinash into custody. They found the body of the toddler from Lakhi Ghulam Shah. 

They said there were visible marks of torture on Jashpal’s body. 

SSP Sanghar Malik said they were investigating the case with the help of CCTV footage.
