Pakistan participates in Peace Board to stop Israeli brutalities on Gaza: Rana Tanvir

Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain said that the purpose of participating in the Peace Board is to stop Israeli brutality on the people of Gaza, adding that sitting outside is not a solution, Pakistan will work with the global communities to bring lasting peace in Gaza, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel. 

Talking to media in Muridkay, Rana Tanvir said that due to successful diplomacy of the Prime Minister and Field Marshal, the world was looking towards Pakistan. 

Federal Minister claimed that Pakistan has joined the decision-making process at the international level. 

To a question, he said that possible US attack on Iran will cause unrest in the region, the issue should be resolved through negotiations. 

Rana Tanvir said Afghanistan was repeatedly requested by Pakistan to stop terrorism but in vain resultantly Pakistan was forced to take retaliatory action. 

Federal minister said that “Pakistan will strike in Afghanistan in the future if it would be necessary”. 

Rana Tanvir said that India and Afghanistan were involved in terrorism in Pakistan, our forces will eliminate it and leave. 

He claimed that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has brought the country out of default, restored the economy, the upcoming budget will prove to be a year of poverty reduction. 

Rana Tanvir said Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has given a Ramadan gift to the people by taking steps like cash assistance and Dastar Khwan.
