Legal experts have fully backed the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to appoint a renowned journalist Syed Mohsin Raza Naqvi as Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister and expressed a hope that he will hold transparent elections in the province.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council Hafeezur Rehman Chaudhry said Mohsin Naqvi is very professional and has a good reputation and hopefully he will run the province impartially.
Former President Supreme Court Bar Association Ahsan Bhoon said Syed Mohsin Naqvi is an excellent choice for the caretaker chief minister as he is a neutral personality and will keep maintaining his neutrality in the future too.
Pakistan Bar Council member Shafqat Mahmood Chauhan said Syed Mohsin Naqvi is a positive-thinking personality and he will run the province very well administratively and impartially.
He added that Syed Mohsin Naqvi made his organization famous through his hardworking so now will also be useful for Punjab province.
Supreme Court Bar Association Executive Committee Member Muhammad Mohsin Wark said Syed Mohsin Naqvi is the best choice as Chief Minister.
Former Deputy Attorney General Raja Abdul Rahman said Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi is a clean person as his past is spotless and all political parties have trust in him. He also congratulated the Punjab people on the appointment of Syed Mohsin Naqvi as the Caretaker CM.
Istiqlal Party chairman Manzoor Ali Gillani said Caretaker Chief Minister Syed Mohsin Naqvi has a very good reputation and will play his due role in the transparent elections by taking full control over the administration.
