21 international, domestic flights cancelled across country

As the thick fog continued to darken a number of cities across the country, as many as 21 international and domestic flights were cancelled while six others were diverted to alternate airports on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

PIA flight PK-284 from Dubai to Peshawar was diverted and landed at Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport.

Similarly, PIA flight PK-766 from Riyadh to Multan was also diverted and directed to Lahore Airport.

PIA’s Sharjah to Peshawar flight PK-258, Dubai to Islamabad flight PK-112, a private airlines Abu Dhabi to Islamabad flight PA-231 were also rerouted to Lahore and they have landed there.

PIA flight PK-180 from Dubai to Sialkot, flight PK-188 from Islamabad to Bahrain have touched down at Peshawar Airport.

PIA’s Karachi to Lahore flights PK-302, 303, PA-402, 401, Karachi to Islamabad flights ER-500, PA-401 have been cancelled.

Flight PF-743 from Dammam to Lahore was cancelled, PIA flight from Dubai to Lahore PK-236, Muscat flight PF-733 were also cancelled.Saudi Air flights SV-738 and 739 between Jeddah and Lahore were also cancelled.Islamabad to Gilgit flights PK-601 and 602 and Skardu flights 451 and 452 have been cancelled.Dubai to Islamabad flight PK-233, Multan to Karachi flight PK-331 and PIA Al Qasim to Multan flight PK-170 were among the cancelled schedules.Flight CZ-6007 and 6008 from Urumqi to Islamabad and flight YG-943 between Naing and Karachi were also cancelled.
