Bilawal calls for unity in the face of rising terrorism

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto has called for unity in the face of rising terrorism and stresses the importance of eradicating hatred-driven politics, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

Addressing a public rally in Lahore on Sunday,breaking away from the shackles of traditional politics that have long plagued Pakistan, Bilawal presented a compelling narrative, emphasizing the urgent need for a fresh perspective in the country's political landscape.

Asserting his commitment to contest elections for the heart of Pakistan, Bilawal Bhutto declared, "Whether it's one's turn or another's, I am here to mend the broken heart of Pakistan and unite its people."

"Lahore, why have I come to Lahore? Because Lahore is ours!" he exclaimed, reaching out to the citizens, urging them to embrace the PPP and reflecting on the historical role Lahore played in the inception of the party by Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

He called for an end to subsidies benefiting the elite, proposing the reclamation of these funds for the welfare of the general public.

The PPP Chairman pledged to redirect spending towards farmers and laborers instead of the aristocracy.

He asserted that the PPP will double the salary of the worker class.  

Bilawal also promised to build homes and secure proprietary rights for slum dwellers.

As Bilawal Bhutto embarked on his political journey, he appealed to the public to grant the PPP an opportunity, promising relief, and a transformed socio-economic landscape for Pakistan.

Expressing a desire for change, Bilawal articulated his commitment to enhancing welfare programs, particularly the Benazir Income Support Program.

He aimed to amplify the Benazir Card, ensuring assistance to impoverished farmers and laborers.

Bilawal Bhutto asserted, "Give me a chance instead of giving a fourth chance to a failed person. “I will elevate the country.”

Refusing to align with the politics of oppression and revenge, Bilawal declared his respect for political workers across party lines and urged voters to consider their choices wisely.

Bilawal pledged to provide interest-free loans to women, enabling them to establish businesses after coming into power.

 PPP Chairman also unveiled plans for the initiation of the hunger alleviation program from the union council level to address economic hardships faced by the people.

He highlighted the prevailing economic crisis, inflation, and political and democratic turmoil.

Bilawal Bhutto announced the discontinuation of 17 federal ministries, redirecting funds to provide relief to the common man in his plans.
